I was just listening to this song from an upcoming Hindi flick, and I liked it. So I decided to look up the cast members. And I had heard about it being a crossover flick, starring an American chick. Guess who it is?

I find it ironic that the very country that has a rod up its ass about morality would not raise a ruckus about having a Playboy Model starring in an Indian movie. I think it's hilarious really, I'll watch the movie if it's good. Who cares who stars in it? Apparently the Indian public.
In India recently, a case was dragged into court about having one of our actresses acting in two films simultaneously. In one she's acting as a political figure from our history, and in the other one she's playing a prostitute. Someone decided that she wasn't fit to act as the historical figure simply because of the other film she was working in. Of course, this guy lost the case, but he had a surprising number of people backing him. Not once did this guy stop and think that she is an ACTRESS, and she can act in whatever role she damn well pleases.
Frigging double standards. But it cracks me up anyway.
