In My Head

I had the day off from school yesterday, which I spent sleeping in and doing nothing *_*

But starting today, I am going to stay off the internet as much as possible. Oh, the occasional grep visit to keep from demotion will be there, but I really feel that I should be as productive as possible. Funny I should feel this drive when it won't count toward my rank anymore.

Damn my lazy ass.

I really need to be ready for my AP exams (which are in 5 weeks I think), and I don't want my parents to impale me on a toothpick and leave me to rot in the backyard. So, I'll be trying to drastically drop my internet time cold turkey.

I love you all though, and I'll be sure to drop by sometime. ^_^

I should have blogged yesterday, but I was so tired X_X
I went to Ashbury House with NHS to run an easter egg hunt for the little kids there. The kids range from about 3-5 years old. They were absolutely adorable! The guy members at first showed up not knowing what to do, and about 10 minutes after getting there, they were swarmed by the kids. It works every time like a charm, the little ones run to the guys -_-;; Anyway, we decided we would each watch over 2 kids, and then we just started watching over random ones and chasing them and stuff. I was so sore from running after them everywhere X_X;;; But they were so cute, I had to keep going. These kids would jump onto our shoulders and try to butt heads with the other kids, it was so funny. It reminds me of that Mountain Dew commercial...

I also had a great time. I was chasing these 2 kids everywhere, Gus and Allen. So cute *_*;;; And then I almost ran into....someonewhosenameisleftoutincaseheshouldseethis. ^_^;;; He is so smart and so hot. He's so hot I almost want to cry. But anyway, he started chasing my kid around, so we ended up chasing each other @_@. Not that I minded, but we almost didn't watch the kids. And later on he was pretending to be kicked by one who was swinging, and he would fall to the ground in mock pain every 3 seconds. He finally decided to stand up, and he was covered in mud and stuff. It hadn't rained either o_o. But anyway, I got to brush him off. Yay *_*

Yes I know, I'm pathetic. But hey, at least I got to do something >D

Aaron and Joseph (fellow NHS members) then decided to have a swinging match. It's scary. They're old enough to vote, and they jumped on the swings to see who could swing the highest. And this was happening when the kids were told to come inside and wait for their parents to come pick them up. O_O;; When we got inside, they attacked the Legos and built an altar to sacrifice Lego sheep in. @_@;;;

And after all that running and being sore, I went to dance class. Yay _-_


We skipped school *_* Today we had our Globe Scholar Luncheon. More like a 2 hour long ceremony where over 1000 kids had their names called to go on stage to receive a certificate and a coupon to a $6 lunch in Longview. So much for the luncheon.
Half my friends went to Pizza Hut to eat lunch, the other half ( the wiser one, at that ) decided to go somewhere that would be fairly empty and all other 995 kids wouldn't be there using their coupons X_X. So we went to Olive Garden.

We started talking about prom and complaining how we wouldn't have any dates, and this one girl sitting two tables away decides to mock us and says "I don't have a date to prom either" in this whiney voice. Those were my words, that bitch. -_- So we mocked her the entire time we ate >D We were laughing so hard we couldn't breathe. Now why does that remind me of Ferret and TBW....? And then we started acting retarded and stupid, and we scared that stupid eavesdropper off. Serves her right.

And I am so tired right now, but I just won 1000 nps at The Fruit Machine. WHOO-HOO *_*

While talking to Mike earlier today, I decided to bug him because he hadn't blogged in about...a month? As soon as I said that, he told me he blogged today. The one day I decide to ask him about it, and BAM. Anyway Ferret , Chris and Mike and I ALL BLOGGED. WE FACE YOUR SCRUTINY NO MORE. HA.

I also realized I hadn't talked to him in a long time, and I missed talking to him. My friends and I at school are the same way. We have our lives to attend to, but we finally get a chance to just sit down and talk. Yay.

I went to District UIL competition Saturday. No individual awards, but our school won. As usual.

Originally I wasn't going for the math/sci team, but I roped myself into Journalism the day before competition, so O_O;;

Last night we went out to eat at Posados. I got this vegetable quesadillas. YUM *_*;;;
And all the Mexican guys checked me out. So what's new? -_-;;;

I have an off-campus from school now, I love being a senior *_*

BTW, the Oscars were great. Yeah.

Yay! I came home early from school! And just my luck, when I decide to sit down and blog the damn phone rings.

Let's see. Friday I went to Dallas for our JETS meet, no school *_*! Varsity A won 2nd, JV won 3rd, and we (Varsity B) got t-shirts. Yay. @_@
When we ate breakfast at McDonalds, a few of the group and I had orange juice. We promptly became stupidly hyper and funny, so I think we really had screwdrivers.
Friday night I stayed up until 5 talking to Ferret, and like the dorks we are, went to bed when Kley told us to. Old guy magnet that she is *dies*

Saturday was great. I slept for most of the day, and then went to a party that night. I was a terrible flirt. I am never a flirt. But this one guy who was there (who has been linked with me before a number of times) was just so hot and was being a damn flirt himself...his cousin was there too. He seems like a nice guy, but so reserved and shy o_o;; He finally talked to me for the first time! Ever! Our conversation:

"Hello."
*shy smile from him*
"Hi!"
*big smile from me*
"How's school?"
"It's good."

O_O;;;

Well, it's a start. There was another party Sunday night, and I was so hyper @_@ And I made my friends laugh so hard they were in pain...reminds me of Barbie, I mean Ferret >D!! But there were so many funny things to talk about! Like this dessert we were attempting to eat, it smelled/tasted like carbonated nail polish remover X_X

Monday night I went over to Sarat's house to work on our calculus project that was due yesterday. Aaron and the both of us couldn't figure out what we needed to do, so we asked some people to come over. And then we ended up inviting everyone in our calculus class over; only about 5 people didn't come over. And then we discovered...DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION!!!!!!! So we ordered pizzas, played DDR until 11:30, and managed to finish our projects. It was great *_* I was the only girl there most of the time though -_-;;

And yes, that is a bad thing.

Our box for the box turned out to be twice as big as it should have been, we forgot to convert from half-centimeters to centimeters. -_-;;

Economics has to be one of the funniest classes I have. I crack up everytime in there XD And yeah, there are plenty of things to pay attention to in that class *^_^*

CCS...oooh *_* My DVDs for the CCS movies came in, but the 1st one seems to be screwed up. -_-;; But Daddy said he would take care of it. Yay ^_^

I went to a wedding today. These two people who work with my dad were married, and the entire ceremony lasted 35 minutes O_O;; The photo-shoot re-enacting the ceremony took over an hour @_@;;;;
It was still beautiful though.

It's so cold here, and it's supposed to snow. I hope it does, I don't want to go back to school on Monday after Winter Break. It's over. ;_;
